We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Marion County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
