Concrete pump mate wanted in Hillsdale County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Hillsdale County, Michigan. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE The role involves: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
