Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Full-time with occasional weekends.
