Cake decorator wanted in Reagan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Reagan County, Texas. You will work at a cake shop. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
