Escalator technician • Clinton County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
