HSE officer wanted in Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Warren County, Ohio. You will work on a high-rise building project. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Your main tasks: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points 4+ years on the tools preferred.
