Rebar worker wanted in Mecklenburg County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
