Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. The job is at a beach resort. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
