Urgent requirement: dent repair specialist (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Audrain County, Missouri. The job is in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
