Slinger signaller wanted in Delaware County

Now hiring: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Delaware County, New York. You will work at a busy construction site. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
