Vacancy available: mobile crane operator (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Jefferson County, West Virginia. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
