Roofing labourer wanted in Rockland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Rockland County, New York. The job is on residential new-build sites. The role involves: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
