Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Lincoln County, Washington. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
