Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Bartholomew County, Indiana. The role involves: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
