Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Crawford County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
