We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Marion County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
