GMAW welder • Montgomery County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Montgomery County, Georgia. The job is at an automobile body shop. You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
