Join our team: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. What we are looking for: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights.
