Join our team: we are hiring a safety inspector in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. You will work at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements You will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements.
