Steward — Yauri Local Government Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Yauri Local Government Area, Kebbi State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
