On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
