Aluminium tig welder — Rimi

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Rimi, Katsina State. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. You will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
