Concrete placer wanted in Hancock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Hancock County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Full-time with occasional weekends.
