Your main tasks: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Rotating shifts.
