The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
