Vacancy available: fabricator-welder (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Miller County, Missouri. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE On a typical shift you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); carry out 6G pipe welds where required. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
