Aluminium door and window fabricator — Mahaska County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Mahaska County, Iowa. Day to day you will fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Part-time with flexible hours.
