Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Panola County, Texas. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. You will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Six days a week, one day off. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
