What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time, day shift.
