Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Lonoke County, Arkansas. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
