Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Treutlen County, Georgia. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts.
