Vacancy available: tandoor cook (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Doniphan County, Kansas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
