Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
