Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
