Excavator operator — Beauregard Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
