Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Barren County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
