Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Yoakum County, Texas. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day-to-day duties: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
