Cook wanted in Decatur County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Decatur County, Kansas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets We offer $210 per day plus benefits.
