GMAW welder — Monguno

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Monguno, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
