Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Day to day you will wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
