Urgent requirement: paint and prep technician (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Stonewall County, Texas. You will be based at a busy body shop. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
