Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Meals and transport allowance provided.
