Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Chariton County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
