Ironing operator wanted in Catahoula Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
