Lift mechanic wanted in Zavala County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Zavala County, Texas. You will be based at a busy lift company. The role involves: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
