We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Robeson County, North Carolina. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
