Paint booth operator • Fannin County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Fannin County, Texas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
