We are recruiting: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Cleveland County, North Carolina. The job is in a botanical garden. You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
