Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG welder in Gwale, Kano State. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
