Bakery assistant • Bonneville County, Idaho

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bonneville County, Idaho. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
